Alek is a very laid back guy. He can have fun and knows how to have a good time, but can also be very serious. Being part of a gang, mafia, whatever you want to call it, means that he has to have some level of skill and wit; or dumb luck. He is very playful and joking with people he knows. He is a very open person when it comes to talking with friends of other members of the Russian mafia. He can tell if you’re lying, most of the time, and is himself, very truthful. Unless it will cost him his life, running into situations with the other nationalities, then he sees no reason to lie.
Alek is very passionate about the things that he believes in. He is a trustworthy man that sticks by his leader’s side and never thinks about cheating him or selling him out. Overall, Alek is a very good guy, minus the fact that he is part of the mafia. He has issues when it comes to family, having lost his own at a young age, but is very comfortable in other relationships. He is a tender man to people that he loves and knows how to treat the item of his affections properly. But if you turn on him, or give him reason not to trust you, he can be hostile and angry. There is nothing that he hates more than liars and cheats, other than the Japanese.

{ free your mind and find a way
.appearance
eye color: Hazel
height: 5’9
weight: --
body type: hourglass with more on the hips
skin color: pale
play-by: Janosh Falk (Singer in the Russian production of Rebecca, plays a woman though *snickers*)
general appearance:
Alek is short for a typical man. He has feminine features that confuse people of his actual gender, which he likes to use to tease or lead people on for enjoyment. His lean nose and slim facial features gives him that female look that is attractive, but also the structure of a strong man. His arms are average sized, with muscles that are not the size of watermelons, but decent enough to get his work done. He is slim with slightly wide hips and thighs, which he gets from his mother.
He is usually found in a wide range of clothing styles. When on business he will dress rather fancy, sticking to a suit, or even just a dress shirt and dress pants. But when it is he alone or relaxing time, he doesn’t mind just lounging about in a random t-shirt and jeans. Alek prefers to dress comfortably rather than professionally, but that isn’t always an option for him. He likes to cut his hair and will have many different styles throughout the year, some of which make him look years younger than his actual age. People are often deceived by his age as he typically looks like an 18 year old. He is often asked for ID because of his looks.

.history
`father: Oleg, Russian mafia hitman, died age 41
`mother: Larissa, Russian mafia Hitwoman, died age 34
`siblings: Nikolai Ushakova, 9 (not biological sibling, obviously)
pets: Anya, cat
wealth: fairly rich
hometown: Moscow, Russia
history:
Alek was born on April 10th, his mother having to take the entire 9 months off work to have him. His parents hadn’t planned on having children; they had been partnered together on missions as hitmen in Russia, and had decided that children would only complicate things. Once news of Larissa’s pregnancy came about, their boss wouldn’t allow her to go on missions until she gave birth and the baby wouldn’t need her milk any more. She was more than thrilled to see the day that she could return to her work. But it wasn’t like they didn’t come home. They were a fairly rich family, having a nice status with their boss and were some of the best hitmen in the area, the government not able to touch them in fear of their boss.
They would treasure Alek and spend time with him every chance they were able to come home, not having any missions to do. He was mainly raised by nannies and babysitters until he was 8 when they died. He had no relatives still in Russia, so their ex-boss/employer made some deals, etc and he was sent to live in the US with some family friends of his parents.
He grew up in the mafia life. His guardians were right hand men to the boss as well as good soldiers. He stayed with them, having to learn to speak English, though most of them did know Russian. He went to school for as long as it was safe, though even then he wouldn’t have had enough classes to graduate, yet he did because of family connections. After school he went straight into working for the Russian mafia. He started out as a soldier and made his way up through the ranks.
He isn’t one of the top hitmen, like people thought he would be, being the son of two ‘legends’, but he does have enough skill to keep him alive. Shortly after school, he got a place of his own, now being a legal adult, he had access to his parent’s money and was able to live by himself. Not too long ago, he took in a stray kid from one of the families which both parents died for the mafia. He keeps the house clean, doing chores and keeping Anya company. Currently he is in good relations with the current boss and is near the top of the rankings. At 28 that is a very good accomplishment, as well as staying alive.

.sample roleplay
from another site; Allen Seaward from an old site, Visions of the Night
This was the 7th time. He’d been restrained yet again.
Why? Why does this happen to him? Allen never saw other people around him acting like this. Was he cursed?
Allen was currently sitting in a chair in the kitchen. He had leather belts tied around him and the chair. He was alone in the room, left in solitude due to yet more physical harm he’d caused.
This was the after-effect. He’d be perfectly fine. He’d be having a nice chat with someone, and they’ll say something. It could easily just be a word, or bring back a memory. And suddenly, Allen would go hysterical. He’d start yelling, or hissing. No one would be able to talk to him afterwards; it’d just be a vain attempt, and would usually worsen it. He’d start to throw things, hit, punch, or convulse.
His staff would have to rush to his side, men in his staff would restrain his arms, while others tried to get him to stop moving about. If it got too far, then they’d tie him to something. This time, it was a chair.
But after it was all done, he’d be depressed. Allen would sit there, and just think. He’d think about what he’d just done. Most of which he couldn’t remember. But that was the strange part, he couldn’t control it, he wouldn’t know what would set it off, and he could never remember it. It was like it wasn’t there. Whatever it was, it couldn’t be seen, what would cause his rages, couldn’t be described; defined.
“What did it this time? I was talking to Gordon, and suddenly I threw a punch at him. Why?” he asked himself. Was it that he personally didn’t like Gordon? No that couldn’t be it. There were many people that he didn’t like, but he knew better than to just attack them. He was raised better than that.
“Is it because there’s something wrong with me? Doctors can’t see anything. I’m not ill, and I’ve been told that I’m not mental.” Allen would sit there for another hour, until one of his staff members were brave enough to check if he was okay yet.
But he’d rather just sit there. Alone, where he couldn’t lash out at anyone. Where he wouldn’t have to worry about hurting someone or himself. As long as he was alone, then there wouldn’t be a problem.
But he couldn’t be alone. His father would never allow it. He was required to get married and have heirs. But what would happen? Would whomever became his wife be afraid of him, he certainly hoped not. But he wouldn’t be able to live, if he lashed out and physically harmed her, or his children.
